The creation of Zen Den Scottsdale is an interesting story. When something serendipitous comes your way and is meant to be, you just know it.
After a long and arduous search for the perfect place to create my vision of Zen Den Scottsdale, we came across the most beautiful backdrop for what would be our end result.
Not only did we end up with a super unique and luxurious vacation rental, but we met a great friend, Bill Milham, along the way!
What we immediately loved about Zen Den was that it was unique. Bill is a seasoned traveler with a trained eye for artwork and beauty. The lighting alone took our breath away. This was no cookie-cutter townhouse, but something special.
With my background in wellness, I wanted a place that would be in sync with my own values and passions- a peaceful, serene environment to take a deep breath... to literally Stop and Breathe....and to be present to the beauty and gifts around you.
I wanted to create a haven for people to come and visit, enjoy a fun day or evening exploring Scottsdale, and then to come home to a haven where they can unwind and be pampered in luxury.
Who wouldn't crave that while on vacation?
After designing & branding several vacation rentals and residential homes as well, including a few our own, I knew how to source the finest furnishings and eye-catching artwork. And how to also furnish in a comfortable way. I purchased some of Bill's one-of-a-kind pieces of art and added my own flair to the design.
After a few months of curating what we felt was the perfect luxurious vacation rental in the heart of Scottsdale, we began hosting the most amazing guests. Just look at our reviews and see how not only did they love their stay, but they became lifelong friends. And speaking of friends, I now consider Bill one of my closets friends. Something that seldom happens in real estate transactions.

from home. It has everything you could possibly need. It is evident Susan and Jack have given careful thought to what guests of the Zen Den might need. The location is accessible to restaurants, hiking, golf courses, shopping, etc. It is a great place to reside when going out to explore Scottsdale on the daily. The place is exceptionally clean and well cared for and Susan is an outstanding host. Susan and Jack understand hospitality and are setting the bar high for the industry.
